This wine combines the lightness and joviality of Schiava with the rich fruit aromas of Pinot Noir and Merlot. An elegant, refined red wine with notes of lots of red fruit. Can also be drunk slightly chilled.
This wine is mainly made from Pinot Noir, Schiava and Merlot. The grapes are stripped of their stems and gently pressed after harvest. They then undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The aging takes place in steel tanks.
