This Crianza has a ruby red color. Wonderful aromas of cassis, ripe black cherries and figs. In addition, a hint of vanilla and coconut, obtained by maturing in oak barrels.
Combine with various vegetables, red meat, game, tapas and strong cheeses.
Traditional vinification under controlled temperature. 12 months aging in American and French oak barrels of 225 liters.
The vineyards of Murchante are located in the Queiles valley at the foot of the Moncayo mountain, one of the highest peaks in Spain. The soil consists mainly of stone dust mixed with slate, which is very favorable for good drainage.
