Oropasso Garganega Chardonnay Biscardo
The soil where the vines grow is a mixture of clay, sand and silt. The Oropasso consists of 60% Garganega and 40% Chardonnay. The wine has a straw yellow color with green reflections. Delicate aromas of floral notes and hints of citrus fruits and yellow fruits. Fresh, minerally on the palate with good balance. This wine is delicious with pasta, risotto, soup, fish, nuts, white meat and mature cheeses.

The Berliner Wein Trophy has become the most important and largest international wine competition in the world under the patronage of the OIV and the UIOE and brings together renowned experts from all over the world. With the self-imposed limit of 7,000 entries in February and July, the BWT is the first international wine competition to introduce a limit for quality reasons.
With 150 years of experience, the Biscardo family has its roots in wine. Working from the Soave, brothers Mauricio and Martino today manage the family business. Due to his expertise, Mauricio is frequently hired as a consultant by well-known manufacturers in Italy. Their wines are known for their dangerous drinkability and excellent price/quality ratio.
