attractive red fruit: berries & strawberries, lots of juice and the pinot noir character emerges beautifully in the aftertaste.
The newest red non-alcoholic wine from Leitz is the Zero-Point-Five Pinot Noir.
Comes from generous Spätburgunder grapes from Germany, the first red wine from our own country! It is an exceptionally rich and characterful wine. The wine has attractive red fruit: berries & strawberries, lots of juice and the pinot noir character emerges beautifully in the aftertaste. A flavor you can easily indulge in, but it's a good thing it's alcohol-free! Drink it slightly chilled and that immediately makes it the ideal red summer wine. But also at the table, served at about 16 degrees, he holds his own next to the dish.
The alcohol is extracted by means of a spinning cone. During that process, the alcohol is extracted at a temperature of 29 degrees. Due to this low heating, virtually no flavor is lost.
