Wine House
In 1982, Jess Jackson purchased a 32-acre orchard full of pears and walnuts in Lake County, north of Napa Valley, and replaced those trees with Chardonnay vines. With this, Kendall-Jackson was born. Jackson sells his first Chardonnay in New York and then in Washington. From then on things went fast: new series were released and the whole of America and the rest of the world became familiar with Kendall-Jackson. Kendall-Jackson is one of California's youngest, most leading and dynamic wineries.
Vinification
Modern, artisanal vinification, with 10 months of aging in French oak (59%), American oak (29%) and stainless steel (8%). This gives the wine its rich and round taste.
Origin
The vineyards are located in two counties, Sonoma County and Mendocino County.
