The Gran Hacienda Chardonnay is a rich, fresh and fruity wine. Tropical fruit in the scent, think of peach and melon, mixed with green apple and rounded off with a hint of firm orange peel. A fresh taste with a refreshing body and a pleasant, long aftertaste.
This Chardonnay is an ideal wine for an aperitif. Would you prefer a nice wine-food combination? Then go for light dishes such as pasta or white meat.
Valle Central is located in Chile. Due to this central location, it has a Mediterranean climate with daytime temperatures above 30 degrees. At the foot of the Andes Mountains, the soil is rich in silt and has excellent drainage.
