Gran Allegranza Alicante Monastrell

Dark ruby ​​red color with violet blue reflections. The aromas of ripe blackcurrants, juicy dark cherries and hints of wild herbs are beautifully balanced with the aroma of dark chocolate. On the palate it is a rich juicy wine with a beautiful balance between ripe fruit and dark chocolate with a natural sweetness and soft tannin.

The grapes are harvested late, at the beginning of November. After a gentle pressing, the grapes are destemmed and vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 24-26ºC. After softening the skins, malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for another 6 months in French oak barrels.
