Graham's is a very high quality Port producer. It has been run by the Symington family for many generations.

Port was created by the trading Portuguese. Wine transport overseas turned out to be at the expense of quality. By adding alcohol the wine tasted good, and not only that, a new product was born.

Vinification

Ruby Port is bottled young, so the wine retains its fruity character and intense aromas. The addition of alcohol stops the fermentation of sugars and gives this Graham's its rich, full taste.

Origin

The grapes for the Ruby Port come from five special vineyards (quintas) along the Douro, including Quinta dos Malvedos. The vineyard is owned by a member of the Symington family. The originally rich schist soil is the basis of the great Port wines.
