Vinification

Making wine is about guiding the natural process. Farina excels in this due to the controlled temperature during fermentation. Because the temperature does not exceed 20 degrees, the wine remains fruity.

Origin

The protected wine area DOC Lugana is located on the south side of Lake Garda. Farina makes its wine in this area from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana; a beautiful aromatic grape variety with good storage potential.
