Vinification
A Farina wine born from the classic Amarone method. Four months of drying, in a specially designed space, produces a wine with a strong and refined expression. The wine does not undergo its long-awaited fermentation until January, after which it matures for another 24 months in wooden barrels.
Origin
The grapes for Farina Amarone wine from Valpolicella Classico grow in Cariano. Situated on a hill north/southwest, the grape plants have a good opportunity to ripen. According to the Pergola method, the grapes are tied up, forming a roof over the rows of vines, as it were.
