Garnet red with a variation of intensity. Full and persistent aromas of cherries and herbs. Full wine with soft, warm and elegant flavors. A delicious 'drinker'.
Serve with pasta dishes with pesto, stews and red meat or young/mature cheeses.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature, gentle pressing, then maturation in stainless steel tanks.
The vineyards are located in Sicily. This area also has a centuries-old wine tradition and is one of the largest wine production areas in Italy. The Etna volcano gives the area rich, fertile soils. The most important grape is Nero d'Avola, which produces very fruity wines. In addition, there are many other native grape varieties from which delicious wines are made.
