Cote 128 Pech Sevignac Viognier
A subtle, aromatic wine scented with white flowers and peach. In the taste you will recognize elegant notes of apricot and orange blossom.

An ideal wine as an aperitif, but also delicious with grilled fish. Serve the wine between 10-12 degrees.

Laurent is the son of Henri Miquel. Together they work on particularly tasty wines in the Languedoc. The wine cellars are located beneath the Chateau Cazal Viel located in the southern part of Saint-Chinian.

Over the years, Laurent Miquel's vineyards have expanded and fragmented. Time has proven that some small islands systematically produce higher quality fruit than others. Laurent decided to isolate them and vinify them separately. It has been decided to present them under a combination of the name 'Côte' and the number, which indicates the average height of the vineyards.

The grapes for this wine grow on a calcareous, clay soil.

Over the years our vineyards have grown and fragmented. Over the years it has been proven that some small 'islands' systematically produce higher quality juice than others. We decided to isolate them and vinify them separately. We have chosen to present them as 'blocks' (Côte 128, Côte 136, Côte 238).
