Light straw yellow color with greenish tones with fresh and expressive aromas on the nose, light toast with lots of fruit such as mango and plums. A long and persistent aftertaste with lots of finesse.
This wine is named after Francis Courselle, the renowned winemaker behind this particular winery, his daughter Mary has now succeeded him.
This wine consists of half Semillon and half Sauvignon Blanc. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak, 30% of which is new. Ripening takes place on the lees for 9 months using batonnage.
