Chateau Couronneau Volte Face Bordeaux

Dark red color, spicy scent, light wood, full concentrated taste with lots of juice and an aftertaste with soft tannin.

5600 sticks per hectare. Ecocert from 1999. Conversion to biodynamic viticulture since the 2010 harvest. The average production is between 15 and 20 hl/ha. The grapes are harvested by hand and use preferential maceration at a low temperature for eight days. The wine is aged in new foeders of 54 hl.
