Can Bas D'Origen P3 Xarel-Lo

Light gold and clear in color. The nose has a strong bouquet of fresh white fruit such as apple and pear, floral and Mediterranean herbal notes with hints of vanilla. On the palate it is juicy and light with well-integrated acidity. The aftertaste is long and refreshing.

Because it is a very versatile wine, it is excellent as an aperitif. On its own or in combination with dishes based on white meat, fish and pasta. Fits perfectly with oriental cuisine, but also with matured cheese. The recommended serving temperature is 8 ºC.

The grapes are carefully picked by hand. Aging for 6 months on the lees in French oak barrels.

Can Bas Xarello is planted in a sandy loam soil with a slightly alkaline pH. These conditions allow good drainage which, together with the limited presence of biological material, promotes the growth of vines in optimal conditions.
