Al Mercado Syrah - Garnacha Tinta
A dark garnet red color with aromas of red fruit, blackcurrants, plums and a hint of rosemary. The wine is slightly spicy and has velvety tannins. The taste reveals aromas of raspberries, plums, pepper, figs and raisins.
This wine goes well with spicy meat dishes, such as game, roast meat and sausage. French and Spanish cheeses also go well with it.
The grapes come from vines that are between 30 and 60 years old. Harvesting is done manually. Cold fermentation takes place in steel tanks for several days. The Syrah then matures for 6 months in French oak and the Garnacha matures for a month in concrete tanks.
The wines of Casa ¡Hola! come from Belgian/Dutch entrepreneurs who settled in Barcelona more than ten years ago. There they started realizing a shared dream: making the best organic wines in the world.
