A light golden color with beautiful mousse. Intense and fresh aromas of white fruit and notes of pastry and almonds. The wine is beautifully balanced, delicate and complex. It has a beautiful structure, freshness and intense fruity aromas.
This alcohol-free Cava is a good choice with savory dishes and lightly salted meals. Think of fried fish, chicken or tapas such as Serrano ham, Manchego cheese, olives and almonds. Also perfect to drink as an aperitif.
The grapes come from vines that are between 15 and 45 years old. 80% is harvested manually and then cold fermentation (between 14 - 16ºc) takes place in steel tanks.
The wines of Casa ¡Hola! come from Belgian/Dutch entrepreneurs who settled in Barcelona more than ten years ago. There they started realizing a shared dream: making the best organic wines in the world.
