Fildirose Pinot Grigio Rosé Castel Firmian
Rosé del Alpi Italiane, Alto Adige. Cooling and juicy. Little color, but lots of flavor. Currants, grapefruit, little bitterness at the end.
The wine has a fresh and delicate aroma profile, aromas of red berries and fruit with hints of citrus fruits such as pink grapefruit. The taste is characterized by a pleasant minerality with lively and refreshing acidity. A wonderfully fresh summer rosé with spice.
Ideal with an antipasti with soft cheeses or some Italian prosciutto and coppa, grilled tuna with an anti-boise sauce or grilled scampi. Of course you can also just relax on the terrace.
