Very aromatic, lots of ripe fruit, pear, white peach, tropical fruit such as pineapple. Juicy with lots of freshness. The lime-like notes dominate the dry aftertaste of this delicious wine.
This is the only Hugel wine not produced from a single grape variety and which revives an ancient Alsace tradition of composing a wine from a series of noble grapes called “Gentil”. Perfectly dry, it brings together the elegance of Riesling, the richness of Pinot Gris, the fruity aromas of Gewurztraminer and Muscat, and the freshness of Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner.

Hugel is a name synonymous with Alsace. The family business founded by Hans Ulrich Hugel in 1639 in Riquewihr, whose initials are still on the family coat of arms, is today known as one of the most important family businesses in the wine world.
