This Tramoya Verdejo from Bodegas Don Diego has aromas and taste notes that are reminiscent of soft white fruit and stone fruits such as pear, white peach and apricot. Pure, aromatic and refreshing. Delicious as a summer aperitif, with salads, light fish dishes and green asparagus.

The Escudero family has been making wine in La Seca, Rueda for generations. It is currently owned by the three children: Pablo, Maria and Diego. Together they form a team that complements each other well. They own a total of 32 hectares of vineyards and the vines are on average 45 years old. The soil is characteristic of the area and consists mainly of clay and boulders. This Tramoya is made from 100% verdejo. When the grapes are fully ripe, they are harvested manually. Upon arrival at the winery, they are pressed and the juice fermented in stainless steel tanks. After a few months, the wine is lightly filtered, bottled and then marketed young.
