MED Mediterranean Rosé

The wines are produced according to the Terra-Vitis principle, so with respect for nature, the environment and people. The grapes are harvested manually at night, under optimal (cool) conditions. The grapes are then selected by a state-of-the-art system. This exceptionally valuable system scans each grape individually and then sorts it according to predetermined criteria. There is no better way to sort for only the best grapes, and it is only used by a few top producers of famous Grand Cru Classé Chateaus in Bordeaux. This Rosé is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes.

The result is a beautiful salmon-colored Rosé. It stands out for its finesse and subtlety. Refined aromas of small red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and cherries with a predominance of passion fruit. Pleasantly dry, elegant, very refined and inviting in taste.

Excellent aperitif, but also delicious with Oriental dishes, various types of fish and light dishes from the grill or BBQ.

A beautiful hilly landscape that flows into an azure blue Mediterranean Sea in the south. The oldest wine region in France is located here. Also one of the most varied and beautiful, with the famous Provence Rosé as its best-known wine. The area has many famous places, such as Marseille, Nice, Cannes and Aix-en-Provence. Here you will find warm and dry summers, mild winters and a particularly friendly spring and autumn. The vineyards enjoy their own special microclimate in the foothills of Mont Aurelien and Mont Saint-Victoire.

The Château is located on the Route de Saint Tropez near the fashionable seaside resorts of Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime, where this rosé flows freely.
