Deep ruby red color. The nose has aromas of red and black fruit, spicy with hints of eucalyptus and notes of oak. This wine has a full body with a long aftertaste.
The wine is made from the Nero d'Avola grape, a variety indigenous to Sicily, which is typical of this island and is known for its deep and rich flavors.
The aroma is intense and inviting, with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries, plums and berries, accompanied by subtle hints of spices, tobacco and a touch of vanilla. This complex scent reflects the rich terroir of Sicily.
This is a selection of the best organically grown grapes. After a long fermentation during which the must comes into contact with the skins to enhance colour, power and aromas, the wine is pressed. 50% matures for 6 months in tanks and the other 50% in wooden barrels.
This wine is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat dishes, stews, pasta with rich sauces and hard cheeses, red meat and game.
