The alcohol-free sparkling rosé from Leitz has the same composition as the still rosé: merlot, portugieser and pinot noir. The fruit is dominated by raspberry, supplemented with some rose hips and wild strawberries.

This may be the best choice for the novice non-alcoholic drinker. Alcohol is and remains an irreplaceable part of the taste of wine, but thanks to the carbon dioxide in this wine, this loss is considerably limited, so that the experience of wine remains very much intact.
