The Piemonte Brachetto Spumante is made from Brachetto Rosso grapes. After destemming the grapes, cold maceration and fermentation on the skins follow at a controlled temperature of 16°C for a few days.

A beautiful ruby ​​red color with pink highlights, an effervescent and lively mousse and a fine, persistent bubble. The bouquet is fragrant and aromatic, with bright notes of raspberry, cherry and strawberry. Wonderfully sweet and fruity in the mouth.
