Bodega de la Pinoso is a 100% organic bodega in the warm DO Valencia, near Alicante. A talented young team works on the wines under the inspiring leadership of Ana Amat. They combine modern and traditional techniques, work with low sulphite levels and use indigenous yeasts and autochthonous grape varieties such as monastrell. The subsoil and microclimate around the bodega are ideal for growing these grape varieties. They give the wines of La Bodega de Pinoso that little bit extra. An "alma de vida", Mediterranean soul as the Spaniards describe it.
