Al Mercado Garnacha Blanca
This wine has a green-yellow color with golden sparkles. Aromas of flowers, white fruit and a hint of herbs on the nose. The taste is full, soft and dry with aromas of anise, fennel, flowers and a light note of toast.
This wine is delicious with fish dishes and light meals. Serve with fried fish such as sea bream or North Sea sole or fresh seafood.
The grapes come from vines that are between 10 and 20 years old. Harvesting takes place partly manually and partly by machine. The grapes are carefully selected and then cold fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
