Costa Quaglia Nebbiolo Marchesi Alfieri

Ruby red color with good consistency, scent of wild berries, juicy structure with spices and ripe fruit. Long aftertaste with beautiful wood influences, vanilla and ripe tannins.

Full and structured taste, with sweet tannins and good flavor persistence.

Aged in 500l French oak barriques (Allier and Troncais).

Made by renowned winemaker Mario Olivero. He always manages to achieve a beautiful balance between fruit, concentrate and freshness in the final.

The Marchesi Alfieri winery, with its historic cellars, is located around the Alfieri Castle in San Martino Alfieri. The castle towers over the adjacent hills between Asti and Alba, an ideal location for wine producing in Piedmont.

Estate owners Emanuela, Antonella and Giovanna San Martino di San Germano manage the wine production in collaboration with Mario Olivero, winemaker and oenologist.

There are beautiful rooms on the estate where tourists can stay.
