Grand Cru is a blend of Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picudo and Ocal.

This concerns the yield of the first 4 working days of the harvest and is produced at 18 degrees Celsius. The 'blend' is composed annually by a team of Spanish Michelin chefs and is extremely suitable for salads and sauces, dressings and for dipping bread.
