This Tramoya Blend Verdejo/Viura from Bodegas Don Diego has drifting aromas and taste notes of ripe fruit such as orange, peach and pineapple. Light, refreshing and accessible. Suitable as an aperitif, with light fish dishes, salads and Asian cuisine.

The Escudero family has been making wine in La Seca, Rueda for generations. It is currently owned by the three children: Pablo, Maria and Diego. Together they form a team that complements each other well. They own a total of 32 hectares of vineyards and the vines are on average 45 years old. The soil is characteristic of the area and consists mainly of clay and boulders. This SED de Tramoya is made from 50% verdejo and 50% viura. When the grapes are fully ripe they are harvested manually. Upon arrival at the winery, they are pressed and the juice undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is lightly filtered and bottled young.
