The Nittnaus brothers' wine company is located in Gols, the largest wine-growing region in Austria. The family has owned vineyards here for more than 300 years. The youngest generation has been at the helm since 1986 and has clearly divided the tasks. The unique microclimate around the Neusiedlersee in combination with the very varied soils are an excellent basis for making quality wines. The style of the wines is generally fresh with lots of fruit and a nice balance. Nittnaus embraced the principles of organic farming at a very early stage and is still thinking and working on a way of working in which the environment is fully valued and the wine is produced as naturally as possible.
