Ventoux Les Berceaux Blanc Ogier 2023
Ventoux Les Berceaux Blanc Ogier
A delicious choice for salmon tartare or a tasty summer salad. Serve the wine at a temperature of between 8 and 12 degrees.
The history of Ogier dates back to 1859, but it was only in 1948 that wine-growing began. The beautiful buildings of the winery are in Roman style. The cellars in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where the wine is produced and matured, date from the 20th century. They are undoubtedly the oldest cellars in the southern Rhône valley. In 2006, Ogier fully committed to sustainability and all vineyards are grown organically.
The vineyard benefits from a Mediterranean climate with a slight influence from the mountains. This results in significant day-night temperature differences that ensure fine aromatic maturation while retaining the freshness of the wines.
These vines are protected by the adjacent mountain, the highest point of which is at an altitude of 1912 meters. This creates the ideal conditions for the production of fresh and juicy wines.
