Ideal as an aperitif, but also in combination with nuts, olives and gherkins. Also excellent to combine with fish tapas such as anchovies, tuna and the like. Serve in a tumbler glass, with ice and a slice of grapefruit or orange.
A mix of Very Old Oloroso Sherry and Moscatel. After a hydro-alcoholic maceration process with the addition of bitterwort, coriander, elderberry and gentian extracts, together with chamomile flowers, aromatic cloves, cinnamon, dried Seville oranges and juniper berries, the final mixture is aged in old Valdespino Oloroso barrels.
This vermouth is a signature aperitif with an unmistakable identity characterized by the familiarity of the old Oloroso from Jerez, in addition to an elegant touch of bitterness, which is balanced by the sweetness of the Moscatel. The result is a subtly balanced taste with unique spicy and citrus notes from the botanical and citrus fruits.
