After a long period of research, Valderrama has succeeded in developing a reliable White truffle olive oil and Black truffle olive oil. The first Top Chef to taste these oils was Thomas Bühner from three-star restaurant La Vie in Osnabrück. Thomas responded with cheering enthusiasm.
Natural White Truffle, Tuber Magnatum Pico, from Alba in Italy, infused in the Valderrama Ocal olive oil, without any additives and/or chemical flavors.
Based on Ocal; the most neutral, the softest olive oil one can taste, almost drinkable!!
White truffles from Italy
For the White Truffle Olive Oil, the natural white truffle Tuber Magnatum Pico , originating from the region around the village of Alba in Northern Italy, was chosen. This type of truffle forms a particularly pleasant culinary marriage with the Valderrama Ocal Olive Oil. For optimal results, the white truffles are infused in the Ocal Olive Oil. The White Truffle Olive Oil is the result of a natural blend and contains no further additives or chemical flavors.
