Stemmari Pinot Grigio

This wine is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. The harvest takes place at night in order to preserve as much of the grape aromas as possible. After the wine is fermented, it ages on yeast for about 5 months.

Beautiful soft straw yellow color. Notes of just-ripe fruit, such as white peach and pear, mixed with notes of dry yellow flowers. The taste shows a pleasant minerality and freshness.

This wine goes very well with antipasti, raw fish and shellfish.
