The elegant Medalla Real Reserva Sauvignon Blanc has a beautiful yellow color. In the nose a mix of citrus fruits, passion fruit and subtle herbs. In the mouth nice and juicy, ripe fruit and a fresh aftertaste.
The Sauvignon Blanc is ideal as an aperitif with marinated raw fish or chicken.
Close to the Pacific Ocean with a cool climate, in the Casablanca Valley, the grapes enjoy the cool morning mist and a little later in the day the inland sea breeze that dissipates the mist. Ideal for the grapes to become ripe, but not too ripe.
