Oxford Landing Estates Chardonnay 2023

Delicious with rich fish dishes, salads, poultry and white meat.

After harvest, 20% of the grapes are fermented using 'wild yeast'. This gives a bright, refreshing taste with no malolactic fermentation. In addition, a small part of the reserve wine from French oak barrels is included. This combination gives the wine additional layers of complexity, texture and powerful fruit.

The Oxford Landing vineyard is located on the banks of the majestic Murray River in South Australia. This is named after a nearby town where an old steamboat called 'The City of Oxford' met its end. Shepherds used to graze their sheep here, but today it is home to down-to-earth people who proudly produce the quality wines enjoyed all over the world!
