a very aromatic wine with 'grassy' notes and aromas of tropical fruit and citrus. Due to the fresh acidity present and required, the wine appears very fruity and can be drunk early. It is a very intense wine, full of tropical fruit and a very long aftertaste.

Great as an aperitif or combine it with seafood, light meat, pasta, salads or Asian cuisine.

The Marlborough area is ideal for Sauvignon Blanc. The warm days, cool nights and little rainfall in summer and autumn ensure optimal, long and slow ripening of the grapes, which can optimally retain their aromas. It is also said to be the most serious competitor for renowned French Sauvignon Blancs such as Sancerre and Pouilly Fume. Both traditional and the most modern techniques are used and are therefore able to produce high-quality wines.
