This is a high quality Grappa, made from the very best lees from Trentino. The Trentino lees are distilled together and matured in 4 different types and sizes of barriques: acacia, berry, cherry and oak.
The name 'Le Diciotto Lune' (18 moons) means that the grappa remains in these valuable wooden barrels for 18 months. After this period, production of the Le Diciotto Lune blend begins.
