An old-fashioned family business from Languedoc. Father Miquel has already transferred the company to son Miquel, but together they are still active in the vineyard and cellar.
Because of the beautiful collaboration between father and son, son Miquel has given the wine the title Père et Fils.
Vinification
By starting with a cold extraction, more color and flavor is released, after which fermentation starts. This red wine blend beautifully reflects the spicy character of the Syrah grape.
Origin
The soil in the Pays d'Oc is calcareous and loamy with pebble and rocky subsoil. A good substrate for grape plants. The warm climate also ensures that the Syrah and Grenache show beautiful ripe dark fruit in this spicy red wine.
