Vinification

Harvesting takes place at night. Long and temperature-controlled fermentation. Matured in stainless steel tanks and in oak barrels for three months.

Origin

The soil in the Pays d'Oc is calcareous and loamy with pebble and rocky subsoil. A good substrate for grape plants. The warm climate also ensures that the Syrah and Grenache show beautiful ripe dark fruit in this spicy red wine.
