Laurent Miquel is the future of winemakers in the South of France. After years of apprenticeship with his father Henri, his son Miquel took over the scepter.
Père et Fils was coined by Laurent Miquel as a subtitle for the wine. Out of respect for his father Henri, who taught him the knowledge and craft of wine making.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed very carefully to obtain a beautiful rosé-colored wine. For this purpose, the red grapes have been in contact with the juice for 48 hours at a low temperature. The result is a beautiful fruity and fresh rosé wine.
Origin
The south of France produces a lot of rosé wine, but this is a real winner from the Pays d'Oc. Made from Cinsault and Syrah growing on a very suitable soil of lime and clay.
