The grapes are harvested at night. Then it is cool and the grapes cannot oxidize due to the heat. To achieve optimal balance in the wine, the use of wooden barriques is handled very carefully. Fermentation takes place partly in new and partly in used barrels, after which the wine rests in the barrels for another 12 months to ensure maximum finesse, elegance and rich aromas in the wine.

This white wine comes from Laurent Miquel's best vineyards in the Languedoc. The lime and clay soil brings out the best in the vines, which gives the wine a very rich and mature character.
