A Greco di Tufo DOCG is a wine made from the Greco grape from the area around the town of Tufo in Campania. The best wines made from the Greco grape have long been produced in this area, giving it a recognized DOCG status. Vesevo is the old name of the volcano Vesuvius. Vesuvius is decisive for viticulture in many ways, if only because of the volcanic soil that gives the wine a lot of tension and freshness.
