This full-bodied Elevado Tinto is made from the juice of Syrah and Malbec grapes. Bright, red-purple color. The red wine is fruity and has aromas of black fruit, herbs and a hint of raspberry in the nose. Spicy on the palate with notes of black pepper, cherries, blackberries and blackcurrants. The aftertaste is fresh with friendly tannins.
This full-bodied red wine not only goes perfectly with grilled red meat, such as steak, but Elevado Tinto is also delicious in combination with cheese. Do you choose cheese? Then go for mature cheeses.
Vinification
Modern production methods are used for this Elevado Red. Cooled fermentation in large stainless steel tanks ensures optimal fruitiness. This gives a true fruit explosion in the glass.
Origin
The vineyards are located in a rocky area at the foot of the Andes Mountains. The vineyards benefit from the sunny weather during the day and the cooling from the Andes at night. It is located in one of the best wine regions in the greater Mendoza area.
