Allegranza La Mancha Tempranillo Shiraz

Bright ruby ​​red color with purple reflections. The intense aromas are reminiscent of black cherries, ripe strawberries and notes of exotic herbs and eucalyptus. In the mouth it is a medium dry wine with a medium body and soft tannin in the long finish.

This wine is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. The grapes are harvested manually in September when they are optimally ripe. The grapes soak for 48 hours at a temperature of 5ºC. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24-28ºC in stainless steel tanks. Part of the wine matures for 2 - 3 months in French oak barrels before the wine is blended.
